  • Morning Setup 7am-8:30am

    Assist with the setup of the Patrons Tent. This includes arranging tables, chairs, and other event materials to ensure everything is in place before the event begins. Help with organizing supplies and making sure the area is ready for guests.

  • Clean-Up Crew 9am-12pm

    Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Patrons Tent during your shift. This includes clearing away trash, tidying up tables, and ensuring that the area remains presentable throughout the event. Help with any additional clean-up tasks as needed.

  • Access Control Greeter 9am-12p

    (9am- 12pm) Greet patrons as they arrive at the Patrons Tent and ensure they have the proper credentials for entry. Verify tickets, provide directions, and assist with any questions or concerns guests may have. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while ensuring security protocols are followed.
